Students at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred Celebrate GCSE Success With a Tenth of Entries Awarded a ‘Super’ Grade 9
~85% achieve a Grade 4 and above in English and maths~
~76% achieve a Grade 5 and above in English and maths~
~77% achieve a Grade 5 and above in their Ebacc subjects~
~11% of all entries awarded the ‘super’ grade 9 (equivalent to an A**) ~
Students at Harris Academy Chafford Hundred are today celebrating their GCSE results with a strong performance across the board.
- Rishi Prajeesh who achieved eleven grade 9s and one grade 8;
- Jamie Tarrant who achieved nine grade 9s and one grade 8;
- Ryan Oates who achieved eight grade 9s and four grade 8s;
- Oyindamola Badejo who achieved eight grade 9s and three grade 8s;
- Charlie Fallows who achieved seven grade 9s and five grade 8s;
- Jessica Tan who achieved seven grade 9s and four grade 8s;
- Morenikeji Fayemi who achieved seven grade 9s and two grade 8s;
- Francesca Slade who achieved six grade 9s and four grade 8s;
- Cameron Chin who achieved six grade 9s and three grade 8s;
- Wilson Lam who achieved six grade 9s and three grade 8s;
- Pharrell Galloway who achieved five grade 9s and seven grade 8s;
- Bethany Dunn who achieved five grade 9s and five grade 8s;
- Daniella Samonis who achieved five grade 9s and four grade 8s;
- Jeevan Aujla who achieved five grade 9s and three grade 8s;
- Fedora Mensah who achieved five grade 9s and two grade 8s.
Congratulating the students, Nicky Graham, Executive Principal of Harris Academy Chafford Hundred, said:
“We are very proud of the achievement of our Year 11 students, especially after the disruption they have endured. What a wonderful reward for all their diligence and focus! We are also extremely proud of our amazing staff whose hard work and dedication has supported the students so well.
“We are of course delighted with the highest performers but there are also other students whose achievement is no less having overcome a variety of challenges over their time here. Students such as Tife, Joshua, Louis, Leo, Shahab and Nifemi deserve particular praise for their exam success”.
