Classics Department Trip to Greece 2019

GREECE TRIP 2019 PICTUREClassics students will be visiting Greece from 30th October to Tuesday 5th November to explore the classical sights.

Students will stay in the town of Athens, from where we can easily access the Acropolis and the museums as well as various other sites.

The seven day trip will also include visits to Delphi, Napflion, Mycenaean’s tombs and palaces, the birthplace of Olympic Games. This trip will provide a great insight into one of the oldest civilisations on the planet and infuse to students the great ideas and values that it has endowed to us.
